At Smarter Mediation, we operate as a collaborative team rather than a collection of individual practitioners. Cases are not about individual reputations or personal styles—they are about achieving the best possible outcome for the people involved.

Our intake process helps match each case with the mediator best suited to the dispute based on experience, subject matter, communication style, and availability. If a case would benefit from a different perspective, mediators collaborate behind the scenes or transition matters seamlessly—without additional fees or disruption.

Disputes are often layered, involving legal, emotional, relational, and practical issues all at once. Our team-based model allows us to draw on a broad range of experience and insight, leading to more thoughtful, creative, and holistic solutions than any single mediator could provide alone.
